Refund policy

    At Learn French At Zenith, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Please read our policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

    1. Re-Enrollment Policy
        •    Students who enroll in a batch but do not attend classes regularly will be required to pay 50% of the course fee if they wish to re-enroll in a future batch.
    •    Re-enrollment is subject to administrative approval and a valid reason for non-attendance must be provided.
    * ⁠However, if a student officially informs us in advance and requests a break, no additional charges will be levied upon their return.

    2. 1:1 Session Completion Policy
        •    All enrolled students are expected to complete their sessions within the scheduled program timeline.
        •    Any sessions extended beyond the program duration - either due to student unavailability or missed classes, will be charged ₹500 per extra session.
        •    This ensures smooth scheduling and fair use of teacher time across all batches.

    3. No Refund Policy

    We do not offer refunds once a payment has been made, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
        •    Inability to attend classes
        •    Change of mind after enrollment
        •    Personal, medical, or professional reasons
